すでに発売されている商品は、注文完了日から土日祝日を除く1～5営業日程度での発送となります。

●複数の商品を同時に注文の場合
一度の注文で受注商品を含めた複数商品をご注文の場合は、お届け日がもっとも遅い商品にあわせ、一括でのお届けになります。
別注文との同梱などを含む、発送時期の調整対応はできかねます。

配送先住所変更について
●受注商品
商品ページ記載の配送開始時期の2週間前までにstore@reject.co.jpまで以下の内容をご記入のうえ問い合わせください。

●発売済み商品
注文後に住所記入の不備が確認できた場合、以下の内容を記載のうえ、store@reject.co.jpまでご連絡ください。
発送作業に入っていない商品に限り、配送先変更の手続きを行います。

1.お客様のお名前
2.ご注文番号
3.お買い上げの商品
4.変更後の住所
5.ご登録の電話番号

配送済みの住所変更につきましては、お客様で直接配送会社にご連絡頂き、転送手続きを行って頂きます。
その際に発生する転送手数料に関しては、お客様ご負担になりますことをご了承ください。

※マイページ内で、ご購入後の配送先変更はできませんのでご注意下さい。

配達時に不在の場合
投函された「不在票」に記載された配送業者の連絡先へお問い合わせください。

不在により配送業者の保管期間を過ぎた商品は、弊社へ返送され、注文をキャンセルとさせていただきます。
その際、キャンセル事務手数料【弊社側で換算した料金を記載】＋送料を除いた料金を返金させていただきます。
再配送ご希望の場合は、ご不在連絡票のお届け日を含めた7日以内にstore@reject.co.jpまでご連絡ください。
再配送分の送料はお客様にご負担いただくことになります。あらかじめご了承ください。

発売日の変更 
●発売日の変更 
注文された商品の発売日が変更された場合は、ONLINE STOREに掲載または、注文時に登録されたメールアドレス宛にお知らせいたします。 
商品は新たな発売日にお届けいたします。 
※一度に複数商品を注文された場合は、発売日がもっとも遅い商品にあわせてお届けします。 
 
●発売の中止 
注文された商品の発売が中止になった場合、注文時に登録されたメールアドレス宛に発売中止をお知らせします。
また、対象商品の注文はキャンセルされますので、ご了承ください。 
※複数商品を同時に注文された場合は、その他商品は注文状態が継続されます。 
※すでにお支払い済みの商品が発売中止になった場合、発売中止商品の代金を返金いたします。
